Prodint is run by TOL, Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Prodint website and app. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect

Crawled pages and reviews are public content from the sites you point Prodint at. They can include names or other personal data that the site or reviewer published, such as a reviewer's display name. We process them only to build your product maps and review digests.
Cookies and tracking
We use one cookie: your sign-in session. There are no advertising or analytics trackers. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and workspace content while your account is open. Saved logins are deleted after 14 days. If you close your account, we delete your data, except records we have to keep by law, such as billing records.
Your rights
You can see and change most of your data in the app, and delete dossiers and workspaces yourself. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it or your account, or to stop processing it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell you by email or in the app before they apply.
